📋 Order Confirmation & Technical Review

Upon official Proforma Invoice (PI) confirmation and deposit receipt, your project enters our ERP manufacturing queue. You will receive an official order acknowledgement detailing your confirmed production schedule, DFM feedback, and estimated completion date. If you have any engineering change requests (ECN) or custom packaging specifications, please notify your dedicated Account Manager before raw material sourcing and production kickoff.

🛡️ Production, QC Inspection & Heavy-Duty Export Packaging

Lead Time Note: For multi-item orders or complex OEM assemblies, total production lead time is determined by the item with the longest manufacturing cycle (e.g., specialized surface treatments like hot-dip galvanizing or powder coating).

Every batch undergoes rigorous First Article Inspection (FAI) and final Quality Control before packing. All sheet metal products are protected with anti-scratch PE film, corner protectors, rust-preventive wrapping, and packed in reinforced sea/air-worthy fumigated wooden crates or steel-banded pallets to withstand long-distance transit.

Timeline Structure: Total Fulfillment Time = Production Lead Time + Freight & Customs Clearance Time. Standard prototyping takes 3–5 business days, while volume contract manufacturing typically runs 2–4 weeks depending on order scope.

📄 Shipping Documents & Customs Duty Notice

Tracking & Bill of Lading: Upon dispatch, our logistics team will issue full shipping documentation—including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (CO/Form E), and Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB) tracking numbers.

Customs & Import Duties: Unless agreed under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, standard exports are delivered Delivered at Place / FOB / CIF. Import duties, customs clearance taxes, and local handling fees are subject to your country's customs regulations. We recommend consulting your local customs broker or contacting our team for assistance with HS code classification.
